Making great use of an iconic location, Saigon’s old “Manufacture d’Opium” (1881), The Refinery was build, designed and decorated locally with custom made furniture and lighting in the greatest Paris bistro tradition. A French Brasserie and Wine Bar tucked away in a secluded courtyard.

The Refinery offers a large covered outdoor terrace with comfy armchairs to relax the day away as well as a beautiful interior with many original architectural features.

They home-make and bake nearly everything they sell, eight types of bread, all ice-cream, cakes, pastry and biscuits, they dry their own tomatoes, make their own pesto, tapenade, salad dressings and sauces, they make yoghurt, Turkish yoghurt, burgers, French fries, pasta, gnocchi, you name it, it’s made by them.

Spending time at The Refinery is not only about enjoying delicious food and great wines, it is about diving into history.
