Inner awareness Meditation
This meditative practice uses breathing, affirmations, kinetic, and energetic awareness to bring the consciousness from the outside world back to the inner world.
Then, using simple hand movements visualisations, and the elements (earth, air, fire, water), we tap into the subtle living energy that moves through the body.
Once that energy is awakened, it starts to naturally do its job of bringing balance to the central nervous system through parasympathetic activation. We practice feeling and understanding how this energy maneuvers and using it to bring balance to ourselves and others in the class through energetic workshops.
